    Hello, this is my second email trying to get a refund for my daughter who purchased tickets to take her friend to a show that you canceled. She tried rescheduling it, but no one returned her request. We want our money back. We tried to reach you now multiple times now, my daughter has tried to reach out five times there's been no responds this is not how you run a business. 

    My husband and I have a small business we run and we would never treat people the way you are treating people.  It took a lot for my daughter to save up to buy these tickets for her and her best friend. Please return the money back to my daughter Tuscany Lanthier ASAP!!!!
