Re: We are so sorry: your Lilo & Stitch on Sunday, May 24, 2026 has been cancelled

    Hi,

I am reaching out because I am highly disappointed in how this is being handled. I booked this event a while ago, and you have a strict no refund policy. It seems hypocritical to then cancel and issue a credit with no refund. If I was to request a refund, I would be told no. I am traveling to NYC for this event as I do not live in the state, and will be here this weekend only. I am not booking another hotel stay within a year just to make sure you guys make money from an event you canceled.

To make matters worse, I just went to attempt to book the May 24, 2026 6:30 p.m. film and the credit you are issuing does not even cover the entire purchase. How in the hell is that even possible? How can I fully pay for one ticket/event and be issued a credit that does not cover the entire rebooking?

I want this rectified ASAP, before this event sells out. As you can see below this is what I am seeing on my end,

    ORDER SUMMARY

    2X GENERAL ADMISSION (Adult)$399.98
    BOOKING FEES (2X $5.00)$10.00
    PROMO: FNF-CR-5UJ7ET-$399.98
    SUBTOTAL$10.00
    SALES TAX (8.875%)$0.89
    TOTAL$10.89

I am not paying anymore money for this event, so someone can add $10.89 to my voucher. This needs to happen now, not later, now. I cannot explain how upset I am at this. This is the defintion of robbery and horrible busienss practice. I will be notifying the better business bureau and social media/New york Times if I do not get a ticket to this event for free.

I already paid for an event, the canceling and rebooking is a Fork N Film problem, NOT a consumer problem. Be responsible, and stop putting your issues on the consumers or just close down your business if you cannot deal with your problems as they arise.

Time is of the essence, if this event sells out then I will follow through with my complaints. I want to see the 6:30 p.m. film on Sunday May 24, 2026 and my voucher fully cover the ticket. Again, I can't explain how upset I am at the horrofic way you guys handled this entire thing. I am disgusted. It not enough that I have to move around my entire plans on my birthday weekend, but you need to charge me $10.89 extra for your mistakes. Be Better! I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

    Thank you,
    Brandon Roque
