I wanted to share a quick result we got for Sand Hill Restaurant. who was facing the exact same lawsuit.

Because his contract with App Funding Beta was missing the 2026 mandatory disclosures, the lender was forced to:

 1. Lawsuit: Fully withdrawn in 7 days.
 2. Balance: 40% erased.
 3. Payments: Moved the remaining into easy monthly payments.

Can I give you a call to see if you have the same leverage?

Hi Francesca,

There’s an option if you just want App Funding Beta out of your life for good.

Instead of a long payment plan, we can often get them to take a one-time final payment to close the case.

This is usually much lower than the full balance, sometimes as low as 40 cents on the dollar.

Can I show you what the number would be with App Funding Beta?

I wanted to show you a quick "Before & After" of how the numbers change when we resolve a case like yours.

Current Situation:

Weekly Payment: $2,500
Total Balance: $50,000
Lawsuit Pressure: HIGH

After Restructuring:

Weekly Payment: $625
Total Balance: $37,500 (25% Cut)
Lawsuit Status: WITHDRAWN

We do this by checking legal errors in the contract to remove the junk fees and "interest" the lender shouldn't be charging.

Can I run these same numbers on you so you can see the difference?

Hi Francesca,

Your response window for the App Funding Beta lawsuit is closing.

If they don’t hear from you in the next few days, they can move for a judgment that will freeze your bank accounts without warning.

Even worse, once they get that judgment, they will report to the credit bureaus. This can trash your personal credit score for up to 7 years, making it almost impossible to buy a house, get a car, or even open a new bank account.

We can still step in and stop them from taking your cash. We usually get them to drop the case and settle for a much lower number.
