    I originally bought 3 tickets to see Ratatouille in San Francisco (Order 2ZWT-8Z0V-29G) for March 21, 2026. That event was postponed and we rescheduled to April 25, 2026 (Order 303W-CNW0-6FJ). This event was also postponed. I tried to reschedule again but was unable to find a date. I then asked for a refund several times but have not had any response.

    Could someone please respond and how I can get a refund?

Having your event postponed twice, struggling to find a new date, and then sending multiple messages without a response is an incredibly stressful experience, and you have every right to expect better communication.

    Please know that we are not trying to ignore you. We are working through a heavy backlog of requests, but I know that does not change the impact this delay has had on you.

    I am going to get right on this for you. I am looking into your account right now using your order numbers to track down your March 21 and April 25 Ratatouille bookings in San Francisco. I will personally initiate your full refund and push it through our system as quickly as possible.

    Thank you so much for your immense patience and for sticking with us through these schedule changes. I will follow up with you directly just as soon as the refund is completely processed.

    We are truly so sorry to share that your Fork n’ Film shows scheduled for April 25 have been postponed. Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
