Good morning,
 I had tickets to the May 15 ratatouille event in Las Vegas. As you know, we received communication that the event was canceled. However, I have still gotten communication as if the event took place. Please explain the disconnect. 
 We canceled our trip, including flights, lodging, etc., because your event was canceled. Thus resulting in quite a bit of lost money. I am anxious to know when the refund from these tickets will be given. Thank you.

I will be filing a bank dispute if I do not receive further communication.
