Hello,

I purchased two tickets to this showing, which was postponed. I have been attempting to reschedule, but the code is not working on the reschedule website. Not sure if this is related, but I was also registered for another showing (Ratatouille original date 25APR2026). I had the same code and was able to successfully rebook that one, but that was before this showing was postponed. 

Any help that can be provided to rebook would be very helpful! Please let me know if anything is needed from me.
