Canceled show -refund





Hello,

My name is McKenzie Person. I bought 3 tickets to your Portland showing of Ratatouille on 5/15 (email attached). I received an email on 5/13 stating that the event had been postponed, and that I could either reschedule, or get a refund. I messaged the Portland email that I was told to message if I wanted a refund, on 5/15, asking for said refund. I have not heard anything back from them. Would you be able to get me in contact with whoever I need to talk to about my refund?? I paid through Affirm, so I also want to make sure that the refund gets processed to the correct card.
