This is very disappointing and quite an inconvenience seeing that these tickets and plans were made months ago. Furthermore, you’re only giving us the value of the tickets in credit when the tickets were bought during the limited time 1/2 off sale, this would mean that the value only covers one ticket now instead of 2, how is that fair or good business practices??? If the full amount for 2 tickets can’t be accommodated for a future date then a refund needs to be issued as this is not the fault of the customers cancelling.
