    Hello There,

    I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of response to my recent inquiries. For several weeks, I have been attempting to reschedule two events involving three tickets, but I have been unable to do so becausethe link isn't working with my code. Despite sending multiple emails, direct messages, and posting on Instagram, my concerns remain unaddressed.

    As a loyal customer, subscriber, and member for several years, this experience has not met the expectations I have for my membership. This year has been particularly difficult, as there was a lengthy hiatus and over ten cancellations; yet, my membership fees were never paused during the time business was suspended.

    I feel that this treatment is truly unfair given my long-standing support of your business. I am requesting a prompt response to rectify these concerns and assist me with my rescheduling request.
