URGENT ISSUE, NEED HELP WITH VOUCHER TICKETS THIS WEEKEND

I booked a FORK N FILM EXPERIENCE for this weekend back about a month and a half ago. I received an email stating that the event was canceled, and rather than be issued a full refund, I was given a credit for a future event. I went to purchase the tickets for the remaining shows this weekend, and noticed it still required me to pay $10 for an event which was already fully paid. i REACHED OUT AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. I was trying to purchase the tickets anyway and now it is saying that there are plenty of tickets available, but you guys have shut off ticket sales for these events. I am livid. I onlt came up this weekend to NYC for this event since it was my birthday. I want to attend the LILO AND STITCH Saturday May 23, 2026 event at 1pm or Sunday may 24, 2026 event at 6pm, but preferably at 1pm on saturday. I am requesting urgent help with getting me these tickets, or i really need a full refund. This is ridiculous. THERE ARE TICKET AVAILABLE AND YOU GUYS SHUT OFF SALES. someone please just reach out and help me with this situation so i can use my voucher for one of these events the only weekend i am in nyc.
