URGENT: Booking Cancellation & Outstanding Refund - Order #304B-RD99-RZG
Dear Fork n Film SF Management Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the cancellation of the Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs event, which was abruptly canceled just days before launch, and your subsequent failure to process my refund.
This cancellation caused significant disruption beyond the financial aspect. This event was meant to be a special occasion for my family. We made extensive and costly arrangements to accommodate my mother, who traveled all the way from Chicago so we could experience one of our favorite childhood movies together. To have the event canceled at the last minute was incredibly disappointing, but to still be waiting on our money nearly two weeks later is completely unacceptable.
As of today, it has been almost 14 days since the cancellation notice, and I have yet to receive the refund or any update regarding its status.
Please process the full refund to my original form of payment immediately. I expect a prompt confirmation email containing the refund receipt within the next 24 to 48 hours. If I do not receive confirmation or the funds by then, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my bank and escalate this matter further.
