Request to reschedule tickets

I hope you’re doing well. We previously had our tickets for the Shrek show rescheduled due to technical issues on your side, and we really appreciated your help with that.

Unfortunately, the new date has now become inconvenient for us, and I wanted to kindly ask if it would be possible to reschedule our tickets one more time.

We were really looking forward to this experience and would truly appreciate any flexibility you may be able to offer.
