    Hello,

    My show was cancelled in the beginning of May, and you sent an email to us saying we can refund if we choose to. My husband sent three emails, 5 DMs to your Instagram and a few on TikTok, but I response.

    I DMd your IG this morning, got a response to email the same email my husband did. Please respond to me, or him (the ticket holder) at jakekountz@gmail.com
