Issues

My show was cancelled/ postponed and the new email says we can pick new dates and what not but the issue is on the reschedule link you give it's only for Los Angeles and we're not from the LA area. Are tickets were purchased for San Francisco Bay area. So how do I go about this? It's already been a lot of back and forth.
