To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the last‑minute cancellation of the Fork N' Film showing of Lilo & Stitch scheduled for today at 6:30 PM. We planned around this event, paid for it in advance, and were genuinely looking forward to it. Receiving a cancellation with such short notice is unacceptable.The alternative dates you’re offering do not work for us, and the substitute movie options are not of interest. To the Fork N' Film Team,
This is my fourth attempt to contact you regarding the full refund of $409.98 owed for the Lilo & Stitch showing in Detroit, which was canceled on May 23, 2026.
I am aware that you previously offered a credit (Code: FNF-CR-SKMNMF) for this canceled event. As noted in my emails on May 23, May 27, and May 28, I am declining the credit and requesting a full refund to my original payment method.
Per your own published refund policy:
"ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED EXCEPT IN CASES OF EVENT CANCELLATION BY FORK N' FILM. IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AND OFFERED A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD A FUTURE EVENT. WE ARE UNABLE TO ALTER DATES OR SWITCH MOVIES ONCE A TICKET HAS BEEN PURCHASED, DUE TO THE UNIQUE NATURE OF EACH EXPERIENCE. TICKET TRANSFERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. THIS POLICY HELPS PREVENT SCALPING AND RESELLING, AND ALLOWS US TO MAINTAIN A CURATED GUEST LIST FOR PERSONALIZED SERVICE. If I do not receive a confirmation that the full refund of $409.98 has been processed to my original payment method by Tuesday, June 23, 2026, I will immediately proceed with the following actions:
Initiate a credit card chargeback for "Services Not Received."
File a formal complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
Submit a report to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding unfulfilled refunds for canceled services.
Submit a review of Fork N' Film online regarding the unprofessional behavior towards an event that you cancelled.
I expect a prompt response to resolve this without further escalation. Please confirm when the refund has been processed and provide any reference number or expected timeline.
