Hello,

I have been trying to get a hold of someone on your staff since last Thursday to get a refund issued for my postponed event. My event was last Saturday May 16th, 2026 at the Cambria Hotel Downtown Detroit at 600 W Lafayette Blvd, Detroit, MI 48226. 

My order # is 300B-J4DR-38X

Your website says that you offer refunds when something like this happens. Someone should be able to help me out with this.

I have contacted you on your website "contact us" and the two emails (detroit@forknfilm.com and  info@forknfilm.com) that I have found to try and get this resolved. 

I can't find a phone number for customer service online. If there is another more efficient way to get what I have requested. Please let me know.

I have run out of options to get someone to communicate with me. 

I will continue to contact your facility every day until someone responds.
