    Two tickets were purchased for 4/25/26 1:30 Ratatouille Los Angeles show which was “Postponed due to unforeseen operational circumstances” according to your email sent on April 20. I have tried to get reschedule tickets many times but to no avail, so with a broken heart of a dream of attending your event, I request a refund. Please respond to acknowledge receipt and my request.
