    Here we go again.  Alex reaches out and now this is my 3rd email.    My first two emails have gone unanswered.

    Please refund me my $819... for an unprofessional, unresponsive, company!   I have been emailing you since 27 April.

    Alex, I am hoping to hear from you via phone call today.  I am looking for a full refund for this event.   I will not reschedule.

    - Bought tickets on 16 April for event on 30 May.   For my wife's birthday.  Me, Wife and 2 sons ($819)
    - On 26 April, it was discovered that my son had prom same night.
    - On 27 April, I started reaching out to your company for a date change.
    - For 33 days, I repeatedly emailed, filled out several contact forms, posted Direct Message on instagram.
           -- After all my communication,   ZERO response from ForknFilm.
    - Finally, out of desperation, I drove to site on my wife's birthday just to talk to someone from your company.
    - I met Liz, the event manager, on site and explained the madness of the last 33 days.  
    - I gave her my biz card with cell phone # on it.
    - I got her name and cell phone number.
    - Liz promised to reach out to owners to see about getting a full refund.
    - Liz has never reached out to me since our meeting.
    -  I texted Liz twice and called her twice and still ZERO response.

    Put yourself in my shoes.  After all this drama and ghosting by F&F, would you continue to do business with such a company?

    Please send me a refund in full for the $819.

    I hope, for the survival of your company, that you can figure out how to communicate timely with clients.

    So disappointing and disrespectful.  Not to mention for a very expensive event!!

    Please respond and please credit my credit card.

    Hope to get a call from you.
