    Good morning.
    When can I expect a refund for a cancelled event? (May 16, San Francisco) I purchased them for my granddaughter Victoria McLaughlin. Two tickets, #3049-90ST-HS1

    I would prefer to exchange the tickets for one of the Los Angeles shows scheduled after July 11th. Either Ratatoullie or Princess and the Frog.
