Refund Request for Los Angeles Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Canceled Show

I am very sad to write this request for a refund for the canceled dinner we booked for Saturday May 9th at 6:30pm Mothers Day weekend.

We received notice of cancellation 5 days before this event, I booked tickets separately to allow me to send the emails directly to my kids who are out of state. This was to be a last fun outing together before my surgery that was on May 12th. 

I bought flights to have everyone arrive for this dinner so we were extremely disappointed with the notice of cancellation only 5 days before the showing. I have reviewed the site several times and have not found offerings for this show.I did see that this show was offered in other states and appeared available. I understand that sometimes growth comes with the sacrifice of quality.

Having attended several shows at the Wayfair with Jasmine, and even celebrating my birthday with Fork N Film in the past, this film was one we were excited to see. I recently brought a friend and re-watched Princess & the Frog at the Venue on Washington but it did not feel as inviting as the VIP chairs at Wayfair. I also flew to Portland to take my Daughter to Matilda and it too was not well set up and the food was sub-par not what I was used to receiving from your chef's. 

I wish you all much success as we love this concept and have seen several shows: Princess and the Frog (Twice), Little Mermaid, Ratatouille, Bridesmaids, and Matilda

Anyway please refund the tickets for the following guests of the canceled show:
