Your company did not show up to the Portland event and did not tell me it was cancelled so I spent $70 in gas coming from and back to Tacoma, WA. I brought my 11 year old niece who was dressed head to toe in Lilo and Stitch gear and had been looking forward to it for months.

I have not received a refund even though I’ve messaged you via the “high priority” message and on messenger in Instagram. I am requesting my refund for both of my tickets, obviously, but also reimbursement for my gas since your company never told me it was cancelled.

Please let me know when you have initiated the refund and reimbursement.
