Invoice #0001156

Good evening, I've contacted about this issue a few times now and have not got a direct response. I bought tickets for San Francisco and it was first cancelled then I got a 2nd email saying it was postponed. The email says I can choose a different date of my choice if I'd like to but issue is when I go try and do that it only gives me options for Los Angeles options and that wouldn't work. I tried again to see if it was updated but now it's asking for a password and info not have that info. Can I get some assistance on this please?
