This Sunday May 31 my show time was changed from 6:00 to 1:00 in NY. I can not make a 1:00 show time because I will be dropping my mother off at JFK, dropping a rent car off, and then getting a cab into the city to check into my hotel. It was already going to be a tight time line for the 6:00. Per your policy a cancellation gets a refund. I do not see how you had the right to move my time without contacting me, and speaking to me. I just got an email saying so sorry your time was canceled, we moved you to 1:30. This is not a good business practice. I want my money back ASAP!
