Unfortunately, an unexpected emergency has come up, and I'm hoping to see if there is any possibility of rescheduling our tickets. I understand that the terms state that rescheduling is only available with ticket insurance. However, I was wondering if you might be willing to make an exception and allow my partner and me to move our reservation to either June 5 or July 10, if availability permits. We've been looking forward to attending this show for quite some time, and we would greatly appreciate any flexibility you can offer.
