Refund

Hi,  My fork n film date got canceled and I had an email to reschedule however the password I received didn't work. I reached out multiple times for help with no reply.  It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to this but I am now requesting a refund. Thanks in advance for your time,  Brenda Quinn
