    Hello, 6:30pm does not work for us. We would not have booked this.  Please either move us back to the original time of 1:30pm or refund us the full amount.

    Thanks so much for getting back to us. We apologize for the change and any inconvenience this has caused. We understand the new showtime doesn't work, so we've removed your reservation for that date.

    We're happy to change your reservation for Ratatouille to Saturday, June 6th at 6:30pm. Please let us know if this works for you and I will send your updated tickets for the show.

    We're also happy to book your tickets for another show if you prefer. Here is a link to our website, just let us know your preferred show and date and we'll take care of the rest.

    We understand that you prefer a refund, and we're happy to accommodate your request. Once we process your refund, we'll email you a confirmation and a copy of your refund receipt.
