I was trying to reserve tickets for Ratatouille on july 18 @ 1pm. But it is not listed in the rescheduling website and the promo code provided in the email doesn't work. It tells me i have to use it on the rescheduling page. if i am unable to use this credit towards this specific showing, then i'd just like a refund. i am only interested in seeing ratatouille, and this is already the second time my reservation for this movie has been cancelled. thank you Reply directly to this email to respond to xavier ramos.
