    Request Regarding Rescheduled Ratatouille Tickets

    Hello,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    I’m reaching out regarding my two tickets for Ratatouille. We originally purchased these tickets for the original event date, but the event was later rescheduled due to technical issues on your side.


    Unfortunately, after the new date was announced, we realized that one of our guests would be out of town and unable to attend. As soon as we found this out, I tried contacting your team multiple times via email, Instagram, and support to ask about our options, but unfortunately I haven’t received a response.


    I completely understand that tickets are generally non-refundable, but since the event was rescheduled after our purchase, I was hoping you might be able to help us find a solution.


    Ideally, would it be possible to transfer our tickets to a future Ratatouille event date that works for both of us?


    If that is not possible, could you please let me know whether I am allowed to bring a different guest in place of the original second guest who can no longer attend?


    I would greatly appreciate any assistance and look forward to hearing from you.
