    Help Please

    The show I purchased tickets to was cancelled and I have not received a refund. I've reached out multiple times to request one. Can you please help with this?

    ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.

    REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED EXCEPT IN CASES OF EVENT CANCELLATION BY FORK N' FILM. IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED, TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AND OFFERED A FULL REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD A FUTURE EVENT.

    WE ARE UNABLE TO ALTER DATES OR SWITCH MOVIES ONCE A TICKET HAS BEEN PURCHASED, DUE TO THE UNIQUE NATURE OF EACH EXPERIENCE.

    TICKET TRANSFERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. THIS POLICY HELPS PREVENT SCALPING AND RESELLING, AND ALLOWS US TO MAINTAIN A CURATED GUEST LIST FOR PERSONALIZED SERVICE.
