Hi Team, 

I am writing to formally request a refund for our booking for the Rataouille show originally scheduled for March 20, 2026 under the name Stevie LoBosco (stevielobosco@gmail.com).

We received an email on March 16, 2026 advising that the show had been postponed. Following this, we attempted to use the provided rescheduling link, however, the link does not lead to a functioning page or any available option to reschedule.

Since then, we have reached out multiple times regarding a refund but have not yet received a response. 

We are requesting a full refund for the original purchase.

Please confirm next steps or process the refund immediately.
