Hello,
I am writing to follow up on my refund request. I purchased tickets through your service, but there were no available time slots for the movie I wanted to attend. Because of this, I requested a refund and have reached out multiple times over the past two months.
Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my requests. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and would appreciate an immediate update regarding my refund status.
