    I need assistance resolving the following 2 issues that have come up.

    Issue 1
    Last year, we had an event, but unfortunately, we were unable to attend due to a family emergency. We are caregivers to a family member with dementia.  We purchased VIP tickets to see Lady and the Tramp and want to get our money back. I reached out to your customer service team, and they were really nice and provided a code I could use later (valued at $553.48)The code didn't have an expiration date. I recently tried to use the code to purchase a ticket, but it wasn't accepted. I tried just to purchase the tickets, but that didn't work ($199.99 per ticket). I was trying to use the full amount by adding extras and upgrades such as the Birthday Package, Unlimited popcorn, and a bottle of prosecco.  W  We were trying to book Ratatouille for January 15, 2026.  I checked, and that date is no longer visible on your website.  I emailed your customer service team and haven't heard back yet.  Can you please help me book this movie, or can I get a refund? 


    Issue 2
    I had tickets to see Lilo and Stitch on May 23 at 1:00 PM. I got an email saying the event was canceled and that I should follow the steps to reschedule. Send multiple emails, and I want to follow up on the email I sent on May 21 regarding a refund or reschedule. Can I get a refund? If that's possible. The events are too far in the future or conflict with other things on my schedule, if that's not a Beast on Feb 5 or 6. 

    It would be nice if I could talk to a live person. (805) 827-5034
