    Good evening, 

    My name is Rose DeFord. I am reaching out for a fourth time to see if anyone received my email regarding a refund. I haven't heard anything back. I have been told to reschedule now twice and now, between Portland and LA, there are no more showings for the year. 

    How can I get my money back?
