Unfortunately, I was extremely sick with a stomach virus last weekend and was unable to attend the event. I was really disappointed to miss it, as we had been looking forward to it for quite some time.

I wanted to reach out to see if it would be possible to transfer our tickets to the June 27th date instead. We were very excited about this experience and would hate to miss out entirely if there is any flexibility available.

I also checked our ticket purchase and did not see an option for ticket protection on the Dallas event listing.

I completely understand if there are limitations, but I would greatly appreciate any consideration you can provide. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
