    I am so incredibly sorry about the cancellation of your original show. I completely understand that since your plans have changed and you will no longer be in NYC at that time of night, a refund is absolutely the right way to go.

    I have gone ahead and initiated that refund back to your original payment method. It typically takes about 5 to 10 business days for the funds to show up on your statement, depending on your bank. We will also follow up with you as soon as it is fully processed on our end.
