Since you are unable to attend the evening show and won't be back in New York anytime soon, a refund is absolutely the right solution here.
I have gone ahead and initiated a full refund back to your original payment method. It typically takes about 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will be sure to follow up with you as soon as it is fully processed on our end.
