Hey I Wanted To Know Am I Still Going To Be Receiving A Refund For This Even Since It The Second Event That Has Been Cancelled On Me And Before I was Offered A Complimentary bottle But Now It’s Like It’s Been Back To Back And If Im Not Getting Anything for the inconvenience I’d like a full refund of my four tickets or maybe a free show in addition to the show we have already booked and been rescheduled 💯 Since this would be our 4th time visiting fork and film and we are loyal customers to your company or to these types of events and it’s our 2nd time being told our show is cancelled

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the change to your reservation and for the frustration this has caused. We completely understand your disappointment, especially given that this is the second time you've been affected by a schedule change. We also recognize and appreciate your loyalty as a returning guest. Having attended multiple Fork n' Film experiences, your support truly means a great deal to us.
We understand that the updated showtime does not work for your schedule and that you would prefer a refund. We are happy to accommodate a full refund for all four tickets associated with your reservation.
While we are unable to provide complimentary tickets at this time, we would be happy to offer an alternative option if you're interested in attending a future event. Instead of a refund, we can provide a coupon code for the full value of your purchase, which can be used toward a future Fork n' Film experience at a date and time that works best for you.
If you would prefer the refund, please let us know and we'll be happy to proceed. Once processed, we'll send you a confirmation along with your refund receipt. Please note that refunds are currently taking longer than usual to complete, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
