    Hello,

    I am reaching out about the refund for the tickets I bought for Fork n' Film. I still have not received any confirmation or communication of processing. I understand that this will take "a while", however that doesn't necessarily give a specific time frame.

    Therefore, I am asking that I receive some sort of communication by Monday at the latest. If I have not received any communication by then, I will be taking action and filing a dispute.
