    Good afternoon I emailed you a few weeks back inquiring on what dates or shows you had available. I originally had Alice in wonderland for 4/18/2026 that show got cancelled so I rescheduled for another showing which got rescheduled also. I never received another showing so I was trying to see what you had available or if I could get refunded for my 2 tickets. My name is Brian Lodge thank you

    Thank you for reaching out. We sincerely apologize for the continued cancellations, and we understand your frustration. 

    Unfortunately, we are undergoing major operational changes and have made the difficult decision to pause all events in Arizona for the time being.

    Unfortunately, we are undergoing major operational changes and have made the difficult decision to pause all events in Arizona for the time being. We know how disappointing this is, and we are truly sorry. With that being said, we are more than happy to issue a refund.

    Your order of $409.98 has been flagged for a full refund. Our system processes refunds in the order that they are requested. Once your refund is processed, we will reach back out with an update and a copy of your refund receipt.
