Postponed event! 3rd time contacting with no response!

Hi this would technically be my 4th time contacting this email and 4th time explaining.

My Lilo and Stitch event was postponed so we were told to pick another. I replied right away and selected Ratatouille for August 22 @6pm. A week later someone replied saying to select something else because it was all booked. But by that time there was only two events left that weren't Ratatouille. It is very frustrating that no one ever replies fast enough. 

I wanted to see if I could wait until Christmas for when Harry Potter is an option or when Ratatouille becomes an option again. If I could get more information about how that will work. Or a number I could call and get this all settled with.

I'm becoming very impatient with this issue, please respond in a timely manner.
