    Fwd: Upcoming show

    Hello,

I forwarding this email chain that I had from the Portland location back in March about a show that I was supposed to see that got canceled. It looks like the Portland location may have been shut down since then. Can I still expect my refund if the location has shut down? If it’s necessary I can provide the order numbers from my original show that I ordered and the order number for the second show after the first one was rescheduled. Thank you in advance for your future response.

I’m reaching out again after 2 months to ask when I can expect my refund. It’s very unacceptable the length of time it’s taking to receive it.

    Hi Nathaniel,

As of now, I do not have a specific time frame for when the refund will be processed. However, as soon as I get an update, I will let you know.

Regarding your question about where the refund will be sent, it will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,

    Alex

Do you have any ETA on when I can expect to receive the refund? Also were is the refund going to go?

    Hi Nathaniel,

I have put you down for a refund request. No further action is needed from you at this time unless we reach out for more information.

Please note that we are currently managing a high volume of requests, so the process may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.

    Best regards,

    Alex

I think we were wanting a refund. What is the easiest way of going about that?

    Hi Nathaniel,

You should have received an email outlining the next steps regarding the cancellation. Have you had a chance to review it, and do you know what you would like to do?

    Best regards,

    Alex

    Hello Nathaniel,

Thanks so much for reaching out. We just resent your tickets for Shrek and confirm you are on our guest list for the show on March 13th at 6:30PM. Please be sure to check your inbox, including the spam/junk folder for your tickets. When you have a moment, please confirm you've received them.

You'll receive another email with the location one week before the show.

We look forward to hosting you soon!
    Have a great day!

    Warm Regards,
    Esperanza

I have not received my tickets yet. I assumed that they would be delivered some time next week.

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out! I can confirm that the Shrek showing is still taking place on 3/13, and we have you on the guest list. Once an event is sold out, we typically remove it from our website, so other guests don't get their hopes up. I apologize for any confusion.

Please let me know if you have received your tickets for this event - if not, I am happy to send them over.

    Warm regards,
    Sierra
