Good morning,

I hope your day is going well. I am inquiring about a refund that has yet to be sent to my account for an event cancellation on your end for November 28th-30th 2025. While I understand you are busy dealing with your daily operations, no update has been sent to me regarding this matter. However, I have planned another trip to New York for September 4th-6th 2026. After the initial cancellation, we were offered to get new VIP tickets for a different day due to the inconvenience (A screen shot of that email is attached). At the time, my party and I did not plan on returning to New York anytime soon. Since that has now changed, and I have yet to receive a refund, can I instead get VIP tickets for a film during that September 4th-6th timeframe (if confirmed, I can inform you what day my party and I can attend)? Also, only 3 people will be attending the event this time, while 4 tickets were purchased. Therefore, I ask that we still receive a refund for one of those tickets, but get the VIP Upgrade for the other three tickets. Please update me as soon as possible and let me know if there is anything else I need to do. Thank you for your time and understanding.
