    We hope this email finds you well. Thank you for booking your upcoming reservation with us!

    We’re reaching out with an important update regarding the start time for your show scheduled for Friday, June 12th at 6:30PM.

    Please note that your event date and time have changed to Sunday, June 14th at 6:30PM. Doors will still open at 6:00PM.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and truly appreciate your flexibility. Please reply to this email to confirm that you’ve received these updated details and that you’ll be able to attend the new time, on Sunday, June 14th at 6:30PM.

    If the updated time does not work for you, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist with alternative options.

    I cannot make it on Sunday. I am physican who works on Sunday. I am moving out of town next month. Thus, this is the only date that I was able to make. I explained that thoroughly to the person helping to rebook this reservation. Since, this is now the second time you have tried to reschedule my booking at the last minute, If I cannot attend the event as scheduled, I would like a refund moving forward. I do not want to be rescheduled.

    As soon as the refund is fully processed on our end, we will follow up with you directly and send over a copy of your refund receipt for your records.
