    I am requesting an immediate update on my refund and a timeline for when it will be processed. If I do not receive a response within the next 7 business days, I will need to consider other options to resolve this matter.

    I am attaching proof of payment to help verify my purchase and assist in locating my refund request. Since it has been over three months and I have not yet received my refund, I wanted to provide this documentation to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund.
