    Hi Fork n’ Film Team,

    I’m following up regarding my previous email, as I never received a response and have not been able to successfully reschedule our tickets through the transfer portal. At this point, the original event has now been postponed twice, Portland no longer appears to be listed on the website, and we have been unable to access comparable replacement events through the reschedule link provided.

    Because of this, I would like to request a full refund for our purchase.

    I completely understand that scheduling changes can happen, but given the multiple postponements, lack of communication, and inability to use the transfer system for currently advertised Portland events, I don’t feel we’ve been able to reasonably utilize the tickets we purchased.

    Please let me know the next steps for processing the refund. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate your help resolving this.

    I did try using the link, but it appears to only show one available event date and show in November - Ratatouille. However, when I look directly on the website, I can still see multiple movies and dates currently being sold that are not appearing through the transfer portal.

    We were specifically hoping to attend The Princess and the Frog on June 14 at 6:30 PM, and I can see that seats are still available for that showing on the website. If possible, we would be incredibly grateful to be transferred into that event instead.

    Dear Fork n' Film guests,

    We are truly so sorry to share that your Fork n’ Film show scheduled for May 15 & May 16 has been postponed. Due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we are unable to deliver the Fork n’ Film experience at the level of quality our guests deserve this weekend. Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.

     

    We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans. Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.

     

    To make this right, we’re inviting you to reschedule your tickets to any show starting in June. When you join us we’ll also include:

     

    • A complimentary welcome cocktail when you arrive

    • Preferred seating

    • A 10% discount code for a future Fork n’ Film experience (Code: POSTPONEDPDX10)

       

    How to Reschedule

    1. Click the private reschedule page below

     

    2. Choose a new date & movie

    • We have an amazing selection of fun films and menus! Pick whichever show works best for you.

     

    3. Add your tickets to your cart

     

    4. Enter your unique discount code at checkout

    • Your discount code = the full name used when purchasing your tickets (ex - JOHNSMITH or JOHNROBERTSMITH)

    • Your code will apply to the exact number of tickets under your original reservation.

       

    Important Tips

    • The code works one time only

    • Check your original receipt to confirm which name was used at purchase

    • If you purchased 5 or more tickets, you will have two codes (ex - JOHNSMITH and JOHNSMITH1)
