    Hello,


    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with Fork and Film. While I understand that cancellations can happen, I find it extremely unfair and unprofessional that the promotional pricing originally applied to my purchase is not being honored.


    I originally paid $204 for two tickets to the Lilo & Stitch event scheduled for Saturday at 6:30 PM. After the cancellation, I attempted to purchase tickets for Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, only to find that I still had a remaining balance of $164 to pay. This is unacceptable, considering I am simply trying to transfer the value of the tickets I already purchased.


    As a returning customer, this experience has been very frustrating. I have attended Fork and Film events before and did not expect to encounter this type of issue. I would greatly appreciate it if the original promotional pricing or full credit value could be honored for the replacement event.
