I am writing to formally request a full refund for three tickets purchased for your events and to formally document the events that have occurred throughout this process.

Your team later contacted me and informed me that our tickets had been moved to the Ratatouille event on March 28. Based on the information provided by your company, I reorganized my personal schedule months in advance and committed to attending the event with my daughter.
Unfortunately, due to incorrect information and a complete lack of communication from your team, we missed the event entirely.
The event ultimately took place a week earlier than the date I had been given. Prior to the event, I sent multiple messages through Instagram seeking confirmation and clarification. I was asked to provide names and email addresses, which I did, but I never received a confirmation or meaningful follow-up despite repeated attempts to contact your company.
Because I relied on the information provided by Fork n Film, I rearranged personal commitments and even gave up a planned trip to Nashville for a close friend’s birthday celebration. In the end, my daughter and I were unable to attend the Fork n Film experience, and I also missed the alternative plans I had declined.
What is most upsetting is that my daughter and I have now experienced this disappointment twice. We were unable to attend the original Polar Express event due to its cancellation, and then we missed the rescheduled Ratatouille event because of incorrect information and lack of communication from your company.
Your marketing promotes a unique and memorable experience for families. My daughter, my boyfriend and I were genuinely looking forward to creating those memories together. Instead, after months of anticipation, we were left heartbroken, deeply frustrated, and extremely disappointed. We never received the experience we paid for despite making every reasonable effort to attend.
At this point, Fork n Film has retained our payment for more than seven months while failing to provide the services purchased. I consider this unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Accordingly, I am requesting an immediate full refund for all three tickets.
Please provide:
- Confirmation of the total refund amount.
- The payment method through which the refund will be processed.
- The expected timeline for issuance of the refund.
I am preserving copies of all communications, emails, messages, and related records regarding this matter.
I expect a prompt response and resolution.
