Refund Not Issued

Hi Fork N Film, my name is Michael O’Brien and I bought my wife and I 2 tickets for your May 9th showing on in Portland OR. On May 4th you sent out and email stating that if we wanted a refund we could have one. My wife and I both emailed on May 6th and have yet to receive a refund. Please refund us. This is unprofessional. I have attached the screenshots.
