This is my fourth email to you and I have not received a response. 

PLEASE reschedule my two tickets to Ratatouille for 6:00pm July 18th in Los Angeles.

Rather than compromise the experience, we made the difficult decision to postpone these shows.   We know many of you have been looking forward to this night and we genuinely hate having to disrupt those plans.
