    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the cancellation of the Shrek in Detroit scheduled for 06/21/26

    I planned an entire trip for a birthday celebration around this event, which included booking non-refundable hotel accommodations. Because of your cancellation, I am now left with a hotel bill of $627 that I cannot recover. This situation is completely outrageous and has left us wondering what we are supposed to do now.

    This experience has been incredibly discouraging and makes it difficult for me to consider booking with you again or recommending your services to others. Given the circumstances, I would like to know how you intend to rectify this and if there is any assistance or compensation available for the financial loss incurred due to your cancellation.
